Prices include:
- Welcome by Dutch speaking keyholder
- Bed linen and bath towels
- Energy costs (water and electricity) with NORMAL
consumption
- Wifi and SmartTV (TV Flanders)
- 2 electric bicycles
Practical:
- Your booking is final after payment of a deposit (20%)
- Minimum booking of 3 nights (low and mid season) or 5
nights in high season.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking in the villa
- Check-in from 2pm, check-out until 11am
Prices exclude:
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €200
- Deposit (mandatory): €500 - will be refunded after departure
if no damage is found.
