Our villa is located just 1 km from the beautiful promenade of Los Alcázares.
The villa is built Ibiza style, a modern style with open spaces and large windows, lots of light and spacious terraces. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a beautiful bright kitchen and open living space. The beautiful private pool, with shallow kids area, completes the holiday feeling.
Los Alcázares is a region in full development and has everything to offer for a relaxing holiday, but there are also plenty of options for a sporty holiday, as well as for nature and culture lovers.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a bed of 180x200 cm and is equipped with fitted wardrobes. The room has a private terrace which is accessible through a large sliding window. Bed linen and towels included.
The first large guest room is also located on the first floor, has a bed of 160x200cm and is also equipped with fitted wardrobes. This room also has access to a large terrace. Including bed linen and towels.
The 2nd guest room is located on the ground floor, has a bed of 160x200 cm and is equipped with fitted wardrobes. The large sliding window provides plenty of light, but is also equipped with shutters. Including bed linen and towels.
2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one between the two rooms on the first floor. Both with walk-in shower and sink. Towel rail, hairdryer and toilet paper available.

There is a very spacious terrace with a large dining table and 6 chairs, a lounge set and 2 movable sunbeds. There is also a sun canopy on the terrace.

The garden is completely enclosed with an opaque fence.

The villa is completely smoke-free and we would like to keep it that way, which is why there is a general smoking ban inside.
Although we are huge animal lovers, pets are not allowed in the villa under any circumstances.
