Casa Lita is a brand new detached luxury villa for 6 people (built in 2024).
The villa is located in La Serena Golf, a privileged area on the Costa Calida just 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 55 minutes from Alicante airport.
The area is connected by highway to Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante and the rest of the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Costa Blanca.

The first bedroom (10m2) is located on the ground floor and is equipped with sliding doors and built-in wardrobes. The room has a high-quality box spring of 160x200cm and an en-suite bathroom. The room is also equipped with electric shutters, the bed is made upon arrival and a towel package is waiting for you.

The first bathroom (4m2) is connected to the bedroom by a sliding door. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower.

​Also on the ground floor there is a storage room (2m2) with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, as well as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

​The open, bright kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. Of course, it is also equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. You will also find a toaster, kettle, coffee machines (Senseo and Dolce Gusto) and an air fryer.

This bedroom is also equipped with fitted wardrobes and has a quality box spring of 180x200cm. The master bedroom shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. Just like the other bedrooms, the master bedroom also has electric shutters, the beds are made upon arrival and a towel package is ready.

The third bedroom (10m2) is, like the other bedrooms, equipped with fitted wardrobes and also has a quality box spring of 160x200cm. The bedroom is located on the garden side of the villa and also opens onto a private terrace of 5m2 through a sliding window. Just like the other bedrooms, the master bedroom also has electric shutters, the beds are made upon arrival and a towel package is ready.​
